Crystal Fernandez is a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator who is dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. Her passion for hearing healthcare was inspired by watching her grandmother experience hearing loss, which ultimately contributed to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. That personal experience motivated Crystal to help others improve their quality of life through better hearing.
Known for her positive attitude and exceptional customer service, Crystal enjoys guiding patients through their hearing journey and helping them reconnect with the people and moments they love. She believes no one should take hearing for granted and is committed to making a difference, one patient at a time.
Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys crocheting baby quilts, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and spending time with her two dogs, Jazmine and Minnie. She is also the proud mother of two adult sons, Angel and Michael.
