Kristina Islava has been a valued member of the El Dorado Hearing team for more than 11 years. As Patient Care Manager, she is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient by ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout her hearing journey.
Originally pursuing a career in nursing, Kristina found her passion in hearing healthcare through the life changing impact it has on patients. She finds the greatest reward in watching someone leave the office feeling reconnected with their loved ones and able to enjoy life with renewed confidence through better hearing.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys fishing, camping, gardening, thrifting, and reading. She and her longtime partner of 17 years are raising two sons, and they share their home with two pit bulls, Domino and China. Kristina is also passionate about serving her community and volunteers through her parish to help feed those experiencing homelessness.
